About Global Arts Initiative

At the Global Arts Initiative (GAI), we believe music has the power to inspire connection, foster empathy, and create meaningful change. Our mission is to promote cultural understanding, artistic excellence, and equitable access to music through global performance and education.

Founded in 2015 with the launch of the Ghana National Music Festival, GAI began as a platform to support young musicians through cross-cultural collaboration and world-class training. Since then, our work has expanded across borders, bringing global music to communities and classrooms in Ghana and the United States.
